Use this nice body scrub and feel reborn - your body, hands and feet will love it!

Using body scrubs has lots of benefits: exfoliating your skin removes dead skin cells, cleanses and hydrates your skin and activates the blood circulation. Making a body scrub is very simple and only requires a few ingredients, which you may well already have in your kitchen.
What you need

50 ml almond oil (you can also use other oils, like e.g. coconut oil. Just bear in mind that coconut oil gets hard when it cools down. If you still want to use coconut oil, but don't want it to harden too much, you can also mix it with another oil)
200 gr Himalayan salt (you can also use other kinds of salt, sugar or even coffee grounds)
Optional: 10 drops of essential oils of your choice (e.g. orange, lemon or lavender)
Optional: A few drops vitamin E (Tocopherol) in order to conserve the oil
How to make it

Mix the almond oil with the essential oil(s) and optionally the vitamin E (Tocopherol).

Add the mixture to the salt.

Mix all the ingredients.

Fill your body scrub in a recipient. When showering/taking a bath scrub the mixture to your wet body and rinse it afterwards. Your hands and feet will also enjoy a nice scrub from time to time. If you use salt, then make sure not to use this scrub in your face, as the salt can irritate your eyes. Be aware that if you have any open wounds it may create a burning sensation.
